Street photography – A book review

I read a lot of photography books and magazines – in fact I usually only browse through them !!

But this book was different and had me reading from start to end as it’s about a particular interest of mine, viz street photography and it is very readable.

It’s called The Street Photographers Manual by David Gibson.

The book has alternating chapters on :-

  • Profiles of exponents of street photography, their work and background.
  • Project tutorials on various subjects such as sequences, reflections, looking down, blurred etc etc

There are so many ideas which will help you take a fresh look at the subject even you are quite experienced.

Recommended reading.
